Hello there guys, Erica was kind enough to give me a platform to communicate with you all with my story and transformation. Weight loss stories are a “dime a dozen” in the internet today. Some are genuine and some are scams which are designed to get your hard earned cash.
And the story that I have to share with you is so “Hollywood” that I can understand if you think the same about this. So before I delve into this review, allow me to share my story with you, and I hope I can help some of you change your lifestyle.
I have been fat my whole life. I was a lethargic kid with an intense love for junk food., two things that don’t go well together. Living with my mum who was too busy working 2 jobs, I had to eat junk food for lunch and dinner. It affected my body adversely. Just as I was leaving my college, I decided that enough was enough. I am not ok with mediocrity anymore. I needed to improve, I needed to get better, I needed to change things, for myself.
That’s when I started researching all over the internet, I was looking for a method that would work for me, and thankfully I found a method. The single method that changed my life. Its called “Fat Loss Factor” by Dr. Charles Livingston.
The Two Phases:
It is divided into two phases. Phase one is the detoxification phase which is as tough as anything that I have ever done in my life. During the detoxification phase, you should only eat organic food, to completely detox your liver. A detoxed liver, according to Dr. Livingston, is the key behind breaking down cholesterol, which is the main purpose of this process. For someone who has lived her entire life on Mcdonald’s and such, you can see why this process was torturous for me. But still, I fought through.
After the first week though, it became very easy for me to adjust. It became a meditative process, and the organic food filled my body with energy, and it gave my mind extremely clarity.
The next phase was the weight loss phase. You follow a well balanced diet and a simple workout regimen, both of which is explained in great detail in the program. The exercises are divided into 3 levels, with an ascending order of difficulty, which are mainly cardio. All that organic food which was consumed in the first phase? It comes back and helps you in a big way in this phase. I am on the 3rd phase myself as I write this sentence.
