Hey there guys, Patricia here and I am here to share with you a story.
A story which began full of doubts, humiliation and anger…. And eventually, redemption and success.
I have always been overweight. I was born 7 pounds overweight. By the time school came around, I was a fat, bloated mass of misery. Needless to say , I was mercilessly bullied. The more I was bullied, the more depressed I got. The more depressed I got, the more I ate. And so the circle of misery continued.
The worst part?
As an impressionable teenager I let this affect my self esteem. The way you look should never affect the way you perceive yourself, but I was to young to have known that valuable piece of advice.
I thought I was useless, I was too scared to make friends and I was too scared of talking to guys. I was scared of having crushes on guys because I thought that there was no way anyone would ever go out with me. School ended on a miserable note, and college started. By some weird twist of fate, something happened on my first day of college which changed my life forever.
Samantha was my roommate; she recently went through a body transformation. She agreed to help me with my plight.
And that girl changed my life.
That was the day when she introduced me to this wonderful program!
I did a lot of research and found out something extremely simple.
Women are not evolutionarily designed to lose weight.
Its very simple, the female body is supposed to retain weight, simply because women with bigger breasts and bigger hips are supposed to be more fertile and hence more attractive.
That is all well and good but this also means that the hormones inside our body are actively fighting against losing weight . We have twice as much Leptin levels as men. Which means, if you decided to fast, the leptin levels will drop twice as much and as a result you will gain more fat than men AND you will struggle to lose that fat more than men. Quite a pickle now isn’t it?
This is where Samantha changed everything by introducing me to the Venus Factor.
This program works by using a method called Metabolic Override (MOR), which basically hacks your leptin levels. Now I think this is a good time as any to tell you guys that this method is NOT a magic spell (duh). The method by itself will not help you lose your weight. Its all upto your dedication, but if you do do it properly, it works.
